WATER BREW
Prepare 8fl oz spring water ( cold or boiling) and mix with 1 serving truffle powder
HOT water: Let it brews 5 minutes.
Cold water: Let it brews at least 1 hour. (Overnight is best)

1-2 Serving truffle powder Combine preferred fruits and vegetables (e.g., banana, spinach) with syrup or honey Mix with 10 oz of choice milk (e.g., oat, almond)Blend for 30 seconds.

1 Serving truffle powder mix with 8 oz of choice milk (e.g., lactose free milk, oat milk, or almond milk). Blend for 30 seconds.

TRUFFLE OVERNIGHT OAT
Add 1-2 servings of truffles powder to 45-60 grams of rolled oats, then mix with 8 oz of your choice of milk (e.g., whole milk, oat milk, almond milk). If you would like sweetness, you can add your honey or Syrup. Finally, Place in the refrigerator overnight and enjoy it in the morning.

When will I receive my subscription
